What You Gave is Still Growing.

Mark 4:26 Jesus also said, “The Kingdom of God is like a farmer who scatters seed on the ground. 27 Night and day, while he’s asleep or awake, the seed sprouts and grows, but he does not understand how it happens.

It is said that the best investments in life are the ones that keep paying dividends even when the investor is not actively involved in the business. Jesus shows that the Kingdom of God is a wise investment. While you were sleeping last night, anything that you have invested into the Kingdom of God was busy reaping dividends. Around the world the church was growing, the gospel was being preached, and lives transformed. If you have ever given to a local church, you are making a difference around the world and the clock.

Paul said in 1 Timothy 6:18 Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, and to be generous and ready to share, 19 treasuring up for themselves a firm foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is truly life.

Today’s Challenge: Realize that what you invest in the Kingdom of God is the best investment you can make with your time, your money and your life. Around the clock, what you do for God makes a difference for eternity.
